National Sales and Account Manager
We are currently seeking a National and International Sales Manager to be primarily responsible for the development, management, and execution of strategy and sales to key accounts within North America and internationally.
We are looking for candidates that have the drive and passion to do great work, and build our portfolio of brands and products within the retail segment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and execution of account specific programs consistent with corporate objectives. Work with business units in marketing, sourcing and finance teams to deploy strategies for growth | |
Complete accountability for sales and profit for the assigned region | |
Closely cooperate with relevant factories and purchasing offices | |
Conceptualize, present, and close complex deals for our growing portfolio of fashion and accessories’ brands | |

Manage a team of sales representatives and internal sales team | |
Maintain and continue to develop current client contacts and relationships with senior levels of large corporations | |
Provide accurate market and industry forecasting to the company and business units | |
Function as a key liaison with the sourcing team to identify the latest design trends and product needs | |
Attend industry-wide trade events and exhibit at required trade shows |
PROFILE OF EDUCATION/SKILL/PROFESSIOINAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have at least 5 years of work experience, of which 3 years must be in the areas of sales and corporate growth | |
Preferred candidates with Masters Degree, with focus on sales, marketing and international business | |
Pleasing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills | |
Superior presentation and business planning skills; ability to identify key industry trends and data to accurately generate next round of products and design introductions | |
Availability to travel at least 35% of the time. Availability to attend various industry-wide trade shows and events | |
Ability to work flexible hours and interact with teams located within different time zones | |
Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused |
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Eligible for company bonus structure and plan after first six months on the job.
